B'nai Mitzvah
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family Mazel Tov on your child’s upcoming B’nai Mitzvah. You are about to embark on a wonderful meaningful journey, and we will be there with you every step of the way.
The focal point of the educational process leading to Bar or Bat Mitzvah, and every aspect of our Jewish life, is the synagogue. Congregation Beth Yeshurun is not just a house of worship or a Religious School - it is a true center of Jewish life in our community.
It is a special place where our members can:
• Learn about the richness of our Jewish heritage
• Pray in an atmosphere of warmth and security
• Participate in Jewish ritual
• Celebrate all of our special occasions... like the Bar/Bat Mitzvah of our children.
At Congregation Beth Yeshurun, most Bar/Bat Mitzvahs occur on Friday night and Saturday morning. We are proud of our long tradition of participation by our families and children in this important “life cycle” milestone.
