David Stein

David is a native Houstonian and a third generation member of Congregation Beth Yeshurun. He is a graduate of the Day School and was in the first class of what is now Emery/Weiner. He received his BA degree from The University of Arizona where he is also a proud sponsor of the Judaic Studies program there. He currently serves as an Executive Vice-President of Triple-S Steel Holdings. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2008 and welcomes the opportunity to serve the Congregation as a new member of the Executive Committee. He is also an associate Gabbai for the Daily Evening Minyan service in the J.B. Greenfield Chapel. David also serves on the Executive Committee as a Vice President of 7 Acres Senior Living Center.  David and his wife Andrea have two children, Julie and Jonathan, who both celebrated their B’nai Mitzvahs at Beth Yeshurun.
