1/10:  Jan Silver will lead mindfulness meditation focused on healing and restoration this Wednesday, January 10th, from 7-8:00 PM CT

1/17:  Manizeh Mirza-Gruber  will lead mindfulness meditation , January 17th from 7-8:00 PM CT. 

1/23:  Martin Lindenberg will lead mindfulness meditation on January 24th from 7-8:00p CT.
