Scholar in Residence: Bex Stern Rosenblatt

All Day for 1 DaysBex Stern Rosenblatt is the North American Faculty-in-Residence for The Conservative Yeshiva at the Fuchsberg Jerusalem Center. She holds a B.A. in History and German from Williams College and is a graduate student at Bar Ilan University. She is the recipient of numerous academic awards, including a Fulbright Grant to Austria.
Bex joined us for a few Zoom Learning sessions during COVID, so we know what a smart and engaging teacher she is. You will have the opportunity to hear her 3 times over the weekend on topics related to our theme for the year, tefila:
- Friday @ 6:00pm for Shabbat Renewal: God of Salvation, God of Desperation - Calling Out to God in the Tanakh
- Shabbat Morning @ about 11:45am for Kiddush Lunch: Liturgy in Action - The Biblical Roots of Everyday Prayer
- Sunday @ 11:00am, includes coffee & light breakfast: Praying with Moses - Psalm 90
