Mazel tov to our Bar Mitzvah, Jonah Carl Hirsch, son of Lindsey & Jesse Hirsch, brother of Daniel and Nicholas, grandson of Laurie Lee & Dico Hassid, Susan & Jack Lee, and Micki & Steven Hirsch, and great-grandson of Julien & Dr. Morris^z”l Rosenthal, Bernice Feld^z”l, and Mr. & Mrs. Jack Sonnenblick^z”l. Jonah is a seventh grader at the Emery Weiner School. He enjoys playing football, baseball, golf, and basketball. He lives for his summers at Camp Caribou in Maine. He commissions his fantasy football league and loves the thrill of getting air on a wakeboard. For his mitzvah project, Jonah raised money for the West U Little League Challengers Division, to help kids with special needs experience the joy of baseball. He will be giving 10% of his gifts to The Challengers and the IDF.
