Jake Cohen is a bright new star in the food world, and is also a nice Jewish boy. In Jew-ish, the rising young culinary and social media star combines his love of food with years of experience in Saveur Magazine’s test kitchen, and his own heritage, to create a unique spin on the classics we all know and love.  From saffron-hued latkes and pumpkin-spiced babka to elevated short-rib cholent and Jakes’ Perfect Challah, Cohen’s debut is chock full of innovative creations that tantalize and entertain.
