Jan Silver will lead mindfulness meditation focused on healing and restoration Wednesday night, August 9th from 7-8:00 PM CT.  

Please join us for an In Person Meditation on Wednesday, August 30th at 7:00p,.  Manizeh Mirza-Gruber will lead us and we will meet in the Freedman Levit Sanctuary.  Those that prefer to join virtually will be able to participate via the usual Zoom link.

We will continue to meet virtually for the other sessions this month.
