Because we had very few registrations we decided to cancel this event.  We recognize that May is crazy with school and other things and that a mid-week event is hard!  Next year Lag B'Omer is on a Sunday so we will postpone this event until next year!

On Lag b’Omer we traditionally celebrate the almost-end of Shavuot in lots of unique ways, so join us to do all of them Tuesday, May 9th at 5:30pm.   

• We will light bonfires (or maybe a smaller fire!) like the Jewish rebels in ancient Israel, but we'll have s'mores!
• Like the rebels, you can get some bow-and-arrow practice in, too!  Archery tag for kids/adults of all ages and smaller target for the littles.
• We don't traditionally have weddings between Passover and Shavuot, but since we're so happy on Lag b'Omer, it's an exception, and many couples celebrate their weddings then. So we'll be offering a walk-up vow renewal wedding chapel!  Come renew your wedding vows and get an "official" certificate and wedding photo at a renewal presided over by your very own Beth Yeshurun clergy!
• And there is no such thing as an event without food - so enjoy burgers and hot dogs on the grill.
