7:00 PM - 8:30 PMvia Zoom

Waking Up to this Life: Elul 5780
With Orot’s Rebecca Minkus-Lieberman

The month of Elul is an invitation to us to pivot and turn - to turn towards honest introspection,
awakening and transformation. We do this inner work as individuals, and yet also in community with
each other. With the new moon of Elul, we are called to wake up and shake off our hard patterns
and habitual ways, to open our hearts to new possibilities and new pathways to meaning,
connection, awareness and compassion.

In this class, we will delve into Jewish text study, contemplative practice, reflective exercises and group conversation to welcome the New Moon of Elul as we begin to turn towards the High Holiday season.

Open to all, but please register below to get the Zoom link in your confirmation email.
