Join us each month for a new look at Rosh Chodesh.  We look forward to exploring new themes each Hebrew month through discussion, speakers, and hands-on activities. 

This month we commemorate and celebrate the modern “yom” holidays – Yom HaShoah, Yom HaZikaron, and Yom Haatzmaut (Israel’s 75th Birthday!) We will welcome our community shlicha to talk about Israeli Feminism and the role of women in government and society (both positive and negative).  And we will celebrate one of our favorite foods:  hummus!  Sample several kinds of hummus and vote on your favorites.
