The evening will both honor the former Mayor for his extraordinary commitment to our community and raise needed funds to benefit the Meals on Wheels program at the J. Throughout his distinguished career in public service, Mayor Turner has exemplified dedication to uplifting the lives of those in need, making this occasion a fitting tribute to his unwavering commitment. Mayor Turner will also engage in a robust interview with Houston City Council Member and District C Representative Abbie Kamin. Guests can anticipate Mayor Turner sharing insights into his leadership, dedication and enduring commitment to civil service that goes beyond the call of duty.
