Mental Health Shabbat

Join us for our annual Mental Health Shabbat with our special guest speaker Michelle Renfrow. Her topic is teen mental health, something we are hearing a lot about in the news today.
Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, offering individual, group, child/adolescent, and family therapy. She incorporates art and play into her sessions and started an art program during COVID, including classes, parties, and camps for all ages. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been counseling since 1999. She is an approved Supervisor for LPC interns in Texas and a certified therapeutic art therapy life coach. Her practice focuses on helping clients find self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the ability to face life's challenges. She works with various diagnoses and settings, including residential treatment, crisis counseling, and private practice.
